1. Entry is not open to employees of the Caledonian
Brewery or anyone else connected with this promotion.
2. Entry is only open to persons eighteen years
or older.
3. Entry is only open to persons resident in
the United Kingdom. There are some exceptions
to this - see individual competitions for details.
4. By entering, all persons will be deemed to
have accepted and agreed to be bound by these
rules.
5. The prizewinners will be drawn at random
after the closing date, (stated with each individual
competition). If the first prizewinner cannot
be contacted within 24 hours of the competition
closing date, the first prize will be allocated.
6. The promoters' decision is final. No correspondence
will be entered into.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. Only one entry is allowed per person.
9. The winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the competition
closing date.
10. Each prize is non-transferable and no cash
alternative is available.
11. If, however, the prize (or any element of
it) is unavailable or unsuitable for any reason,
the Promoter reserves the right to supply an
alternative of similar or higher value.
12. Arrangements for delivery/collection of
prizes will be made with each individual winner.
13. The promoter cannot accept either responsibility
or liability for the failure of any third party
to fulfil its contractual obligations towards
the prizewinner.
14. A full list of prizewinners for each competition
will be displayed on the Promoter's website
within 1 week of the competition closing date.
