2. Purchases from the On-line Caledonian Shop
No-one under 18 years, or non-UK resident will
be entitled to place an order or enter any competition
on this site, (see separate competition rules).
We shall not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone
who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18,
and therefore you consent to show proof of age
on request before completion of delivery.
Payment for alcohol, goods and merchandise can
only be made by credit or debit card.
The Caledonian Shop Opening Hours are: Monday
to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
Any orders not received within these hours will
not be deemed to be accepted and the sale will
deem to be concluded upon the commencement of
the next period of processing hours.
Please note that separate arrangements will be
made for Bank Holidays and over the Christmas
and New Year period. These arrangements will be
notified on our Website.
3. Fulfillment of order
It may not be possible to fulfill all your order
requirements and we reserve the right not to accept
your offer, in which case we will have no further
obligation to you. We may, however, accept part
of your order, both in respect of the kinds of
products ordered and the quantity of products
ordered. The price will be reduced accordingly.
If the product(s) ordered is/are out of stock,
you will be notified by email of the next available
delivery time. If you would then like to cancel
the order, you should reply to the email and your
refund will be processed immediately.
4. Debiting your account
All payments are processed using Secure Trading
any payments are authorised/rejected in real time.
Payments are processed immediately and confirmation
of your order sent to you by email within 24 hours
of placing your order.
Security is of the utmost importance to us, which
is why we use Secure Trading to process all online
sales by way of a Secure Server.
They allow us to safely process your credit card
payment with the Bank, and complete the financial
transaction securely behind protected firewalls.
No personal or financial details are left unencrypted
on a remote server, and such details are never
sent by internet email.

5. Acknowledgment
We will acknowledge your order by e-mail within
24 hours of receipt. You will, however, understand
that notwithstanding this policy of notification
we cannot guarantee that the notification we send
will be received by you, nor that, if it is received
by you, it is legible and uncorrupted.
6. Delivery and Distribution
We use distribution companies to deliver the products
to you. We aim to deliver your order within 7
days but we cannot accept liability for any damage
or delay to your order occasioned by an event
beyond our reasonable control. If there is any
reason why your order will not be delivered within
7 days, you will be notified by telephone or email,
where reasonably practical.
There are standard delivery charges for central
areas of the United Kingdom. We can, subject to
an additional charge, deliver to further parts
of the country such as the Highlands and Islands
and we can also deliver to Northern Ireland and
Eire. Prices on application. We are unable to
deliver to other countries within Europe, the
United States of America, Canada and the Far East.
7. Minimum order
We have a minimum order requirement of one case
of beer or one item of merchandise. The case normally
consists of twelve bottles or twenty-four cans,
this is clearly marked in the product description.
8. Returns

We offer you a thirty day money back guarantee
for damaged or faulty goods returned to us within
thirty days of the date of purchase. We will reimburse
delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods returned
to us. When returning goods, please enclose: the
receipt, details of the reason for the return
and credit or debit card details (for purposes
of refund). We are not obliged to accept returns
of used or worn merchandise or beer that has in
any way been tampered with.
9. VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

The images, graphics, selection and arrangement
thereof, and all software compilations, underlying
source code and all other material on the site
are owned by us or are our property, or are owned
by or the property of their content and technology
provider.
